Return and exchange policy for purchases: When wishing to exchange or return the product, you must contact us first. The customer has the right to return the product within 24 hours from the date of receipt, provided that the product is intact and has not undergone any change, and the customer bears the full shipping costs. The cost of the product will be refunded after verifying the condition and safety of the product, and the process may take up to 14 working days. The customer has the right to exchange the product for another product without fees, before the shipping policy is issued. After the shipping policy is issued, the exchange can be made within 3 days from the date of receipt, and the customer bears the full shipping costs and any price difference if applicable. If the product is defective or does not match the specifications specified at the time of purchase, the customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt. In this case, the customer must send proof of shipping costs including: shipment number, shipping company, and cost. The customer can then receive a full refund. Products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases: – Returns are not accepted after 24 hours from the date of receipt, and exchanges are not accepted after 3 days. – If the product is altered from its original condition for any reason, the value of the product will be deducted.
